50 states, 50 games,
one rule each.
Every U.S. state is its own leaderboard, and each one runs on exactly one rule: the highest paid bid owns the state. Outbid the current owner and the throne is yours. No ads, no algorithm, nobody's thumb on the scale — just money on the table for each of the fifty.
How ownership works
A state has one owner at a time: whoever placed the highest paid bid on it.
- Bids are whole US dollars, $1 minimum. An unclaimed state goes to the first bid at that price.
- To take an owned state, your bid has to be at least $1 more than the current owner's. Bid $26 and you take a state sitting at $25.
- Already bid on a state before? Enter your site again and raise — you only pay the difference between your old bid and the new one.
- Being outbid never erases your history. Every bid you've made stays on the record, even after someone takes the throne from you.
Fifty separate competitions
Nothing about California affects Texas. Each state has its own price, its own owner, and its own full bid history.
- One website can own as many states as it can outbid people for. There's no global ranking that caps how many thrones a site can hold.
- A state's top 5 bids are shown on the homepage; the full history is on the state's own page.
What goes on the board
Submit a website URL. We fetch the title, a short description and the favicon automatically — no sign-up, no profile to fill in.
- Any real website — a product, a startup, a store, a newsletter, a personal site. No social handles, no follower counts.
- Chat and invite links are out — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal. This is a board for websites, not group chats.
- Adult platforms and sexual content don't belong here.
- Query strings are stripped from every submission, so affiliate and tracking links don't work.
After you pay
A completed payment is what claims a state — nothing else reserves a throne.
- Ownership changes hands the moment payment clears, and everyone watching sees it instantly. The map and the state lists update themselves — no refreshing.
- Getting outbid is part of it. Someone will come for your throne — that's the whole point. Come back and take it again for the difference.
